A herbaceous and floral white vermouth made with a base of English wine, infused with a blend of botanicals including lemon verbena, meadow hay and liquorice root, as well as freshly-foraged meadowsweet, thyme and dandelion, and sweetened with honey. Light and fragrant, enjoy over ice, with fresh herbs and a twist of lemon, or long with tonic.
